OUR ETHICAL POLICY

At Bloggs we believe that we should leave the planet in a better state than when we joined it, our future generations should be able to enjoy the environment the same way that we have, this is why we have made a conscious effort to strive to become an ethical and  sustainable enterprise and have a positive effect on the global and local environment.

Here's how we do this:

• Members of the future forest company, celebrating 100 years of employment by planting 100 trees. We exist to remove CO2 from the atmosphere, restore biodiversity and fight climate change. Our mission is to plant enough trees to remove 1 million tonnes of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere by 2030. – https://thefutureforestcompany.com

• Believers in Frank water - At Frank Water, we’re building a water-secure future where the world’s water sources are protected from the impact of the climate crisis and where everyone, everywhere has long term access to safe water, decent toilets and good hygiene. • Members of The Green Salon Collective, who operate on a zero waste to landfill basis, recycling all of our foil, PPE masks, colour tubes, even cut hair! We want to ensure that everything is recycled responsibly and we’re accountable for making that happen.

• We are extremely proud to be The South West’s ambassador for Scrummi towels and aprons which are 100% biodegradable in 12 weeks, compostable and made from natural wood fibres from sustainable forestry programs.
  

• Green energy customers.

• Stockists of vegan colour which gives maximum shine and are harvested responsibly from India in a project giving work and providing for families.

• Who gives a crap? This is the branded loo roll we use across both salons. The company not only supply’s us with amazingly soft and colourful loo roll but the company donates 50% of there profit to help build toilets and improve sanitation in the developing world.

• Here we flo! We are now supplying our lovely clients with sanitary products. So if you’re caught short whilst in the salon, not to worry we have you covered. All the products are made from sustainable, organic bamboo and cotton
